麦门冬汤合泽漆汤联合化疗治疗晚期肺癌疗效观察

Efficiency observation of Maimendong decoction and Zeqi decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer

目的:观察麦门冬汤合泽漆汤联合化疗对晚期肺癌的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:选晚期肺癌患者48例,随机分为两组各24例,治疗组给予麦门冬汤合泽漆汤联合化疗,对照组行单纯化疗,共6周期,观察两组临床疗效、生活质量、药物副作用;流式细胞仪检测两组患者血清中CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞含量,ELISA检测患者血清中TNF-α、IL-10水平。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,总临床获益率明显提高,生活质量改善;T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+T比例均升高明显,TNF-α水平增高,IL-10水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:麦门冬汤合泽漆汤联合化疗可提高临床获益,改善生活质量,提高免疫功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and functional mechanism of Maimendong decoction and Zeqi decoction combined with chemotherapy on advanced lung cancer.Methods:48 cases of selected patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups,24 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Maimendong decoction and Zeqi decoction combined with chemotherapy,while the control group was treated simply with chemotherapy,in total for 6 cycles.The clinical effect,quality of life and side effects of drugs were observed in two groups.The contents of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+T lymphocytes in serum of patients were tested by flow cytometry in two groups.The levels of TNF-α and IL-10 in serum of patients were tested by ELISA.Results:Compared treatment group with control group,the total clinical benefit rate was obviously increased;the quality of life was improved;the rate of CD3+and CD4+T cells in T cell subsets were significantly increased;TNF-αlevel was increased,IL-10 level was decreased;and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Maimendong decoction and Zeqi decoction combined with chemotherapy can enhance the clinical benefit,and improve quality of life and immune function.
