中药联合康复认知训练及针刺治疗中风后认知障碍疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Chinese medical herbs combined with rehabilitative cognitive training and acupuncture on cognitive dysfunction of poststroke

目的:观察中药联合康复认知训练及针刺治疗中风后认知障碍的疗效。方法:中风后认知障碍患者60例随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用口服中药联合康复认知训练及针刺治疗,对照组仅采用口服中药治疗,治疗30天后,观察两组治疗前后简易智能量表(MMSE)评分变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:中药联合康复认知训练及针刺疗法能有效改善中风后认知障碍患者的症状,较单纯口服中药疗效更好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medical herbs combined with rehabilitative cognitive training and acupuncture on cognitive dysfunction of poststroke.Methods:60 cases of patients with cognitive dysfunction of poststroke were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medical herbs combined with rehabilitative cognitive training and acupuncture,while the control group was treated only with oral Chinese medical herbs.After 30 days of treatment,the change of mini mental state examination(MMSE)score and the clinical effect were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,MMSE score of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The therapy of Chinese medical herbs combined with rehabilitative cognitive training and acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with cognitive dysfunction of poststroke,which is better in efficacy than that of simple oral Chinese medical herbs.
