中西医结合治疗脑卒中后肢体肿胀疗效观察

Efficacy observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on poststrokeinduced limb swelling

目的:观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后肢体肿胀患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中后肢体肿胀患者随机分为两组各30例,两组均给予常规康复治疗及迈之灵片口服,治疗组再予芒硝冰片外敷。治疗2个月后,评价两组患者的肢体肿胀程度及疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为83.33%;治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,且Barthel指数评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:芒硝冰片外敷联合迈之灵片口服治疗脑卒中后患者肢体肿胀疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on poststroke-induced limb swelling.Methods:60 cases of patients with poststroke-induced limb swelling were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional rehabilitation and oral Aescuven forte tablets;in addition,the treatment group was treated plus with externally applied mirabilite and borneol.After 2 months of treatment,the limb swelling degree and clinical effect of patients in two groups were evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,which was obviously higher than 83.33% of control group;and Barthel index score of treatment group was better than that of control group.The difference was statistically signifcant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of externally applied mirabilite and borneol combined with oral Aescuven forte tablets on poststroke-induced limb swelling is definite.
