皮内针联合葛根汤加减治疗颈型颈椎病疗效观察

Efficiency observation of intradermal needling and modified Gegen decoction on neck type of cervical spondylosis

目的:观察皮内针联合葛根汤治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组采用皮内针联合口服葛根汤加减治疗,对照组单用葛根汤加减治疗,治疗4周。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.67%,对照组86.67%。结论:皮内针联合葛根汤加减治疗颈型颈椎病临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of intradermal needling and modified Gegen decoction on neck type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 cases of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with intradermal needling and oral modified Gegen decoction,while the control group was treated with modified Gegen decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and 86.67% in control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of intradermal needling and modified Gegen decoction on neck type of cervical spondylosis is better.
