摘要
体视显微镜是利用光学原理把人眼所不能分辨的微小物体放大成像以供人们提取微细结构信息的光学仪器。物镜放大倍数误差是其主要的计量特性参数,直接影响显微镜测量结果的准确性。为保证体视显微镜的量值准确,本文研究设计体视显微镜物镜放大倍率误差校准方案,并对其校准结果不确定度进行了分析。研究结果表明,本文的校准方法切实可行,为体视显微镜物镜放大倍率误差的校准提供了技术依据。
Stereomicroscope is a kind of optical instrument which can magnify and image the small objects which cannot be distinguished by human eyes by using the optical principle for people to extract the information of micro structure. The magnification error of the objective lens is the main metrological characteristic parameter,which directly affects the accuracy of the measurement results of the microscope. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement value of the stereomicroscope,this paper studies and designs the calibration scheme of the magnification error of the objective lens of the stereomicroscope,and analyzes the uncertainty of the calibration result. The results show that the calibration method in this paper is feasible and provides a technical basis for the calibration of magnification error of objective lens of stereomicroscope.
