摘要
《计量发展规划(2013-2020年)》提出构建产业计量测试服务体系,本文对产业计量的特点、指导思想、产业计量提出的意义进行了介绍。
It is put forward in the national measurement development plan( 2013-2020) that building industrial measurement and testing service system,this paper analyzes the characteristics and leading idea and significance of industrial measurement.
