摘要
本文选用二等标准铂电阻温度计作为标准器,恒温槽黑体作为黑体辐射源,对红外体温计进行了示值修正值的测量,分析了测量误差的来源和影响因素,并对测得值进行了不确定度评定。
In this paper,standard Platinum resistance thermometer was selected for the standard device,the thermostatic bath blackbody was selected for blackbody radiation source,and the measurd correction value of infrared thermometers for measurement of human temperature was measured,the sources and influencing factors were analyzed,and measurement result uncertainty was evaluated.
