腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效评价

Evaluation on the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in patients with appendicitis

目的研究腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎的临床价值。方法72例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组开展开腹手术治疗,观察组开展腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94.44%(34/36),高于对照组的77.78%(28/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的27.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后排气时间(16.51±3.72)h、手术时间(45.82±7.15)min、住院时间(4.21±1.15)d、下床活动时间(10.12±3.42)h、出血量(15.51±3.45)ml均优于对照组的(27.52±4.61)h、(63.52±8.64)min、(7.21±1.25)d、(25.62±5.31)h、(49.21±3.52)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎患者的并发症发生率低,治疗效果理想。

Objective To study the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in patients with appendicitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with appendicitis as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated by open surgery,and the observation group was treated by laparoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,surgical related indicators and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(28/36),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 27.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative exhaust time,operation time,hospitalization time,off-bed activity time and amount of hemorrhage of the observation group were(16.51±3.72)h,(45.82±7.15)min,(4.21±1.15)d,(10.12±3.42)h and(15.51±3.45)ml,which were significantly better than those of the control group(27.52±4.61)h,(63.52±8.64)min,(7.21±1.25)d,(25.62±5.31)h and(49.21±3.52)ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has a low incidence of complications for appendicitis patients,and the treatment effect is ideal.
