改良式盆腔粘连松解术与热奄包在剖宫产术后盆腔粘连中的应用效果

The application effect of modified pelvic adhesiolysis and heat-pack therapy in postoperative pelvic adhesions after cesarean section

目的探讨改良式盆腔粘连松解术与热奄包在剖宫产术后盆腔粘连中的应用效果。方法 80例剖宫产术后盆腔粘连患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予腹腔镜下盆腔粘连松解术治疗,实验组给予改良式盆腔粘连松解术与热奄包治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组中治愈17例,有效19例,无效4例;对照组中治愈14例,有效14例,无效12例。实验组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式盆腔粘连松解术与热奄包治疗剖宫产术后盆腔粘连效果显著,在临床上值得应用和推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of modified pelvic adhesiolysis and heat-pack therapy in postoperative pelvic adhesions after cesarean section. Methods A total of 80 cases of pelvic adhesions after cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received laparoscopic pelvic adhesiolysis, and the experimental group received modified pelvic adhesiolysis and heat-pack therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group, there were 17 cured cases, 19 effective cases, and 4 ineffective cases. In the control group, there were 14 cured cases, 14 effective cases, and 12 ineffective cases. The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.0%, which was higher than 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified pelvic adhesiolysis and heat-pack therapy have significant effect on pelvic adhesions after cesarean section, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
