摘要
目的对67例股骨疲劳性骨折CT、磁共振成像(MRI)的影像特点进行分析,探讨其应用价值。方法对67例股骨疲劳性骨折患者的影像资料进行回顾性分析。67例患者均行CT及MRI检查,对患者的CT、MRI影像特点进行对比、分析和总结。结果 67例患者CT扫描影像显示均有花边样或层状的骨膜增生;33例显示骨折线位于股骨后内侧,密度呈现水平低;有19例患者显示为成形的骨痂状,股骨骨髓质发生高密度硬化的有17例,局部有囊变;CT显示出清晰骨折线的有14例,显著骨折表现的有12例。67例患者经过MRI扫描后,显现骨折线信号低,表现为不等的片状或线状征像,一部分患者有关节腔积液。44例患者可见清晰骨折线及骨痂轮廓, T2WI显示低信号。59例患者有骨挫伤周围软组织水肿, T2WI显示高信号, T1WI显示低信号。结论通过对CT及MRI的影像学特点进行科学的分析,能够对股骨疲劳性骨折做出正确、科学的诊断。
Objective To analyze the image characteristics of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of fatigue fracture of femur and discuss their application value. Methods The imaging data of 67 patients with fatigue fracture of femur admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. 67 patients were examined by CT and MRI. The imaging features of CT and MRI were compared, analyzed and summarized. Results The CT scan images of 67 patients showed lace-like or lamellar periosteal hyperplasia;33 patients showed fracture lines on the posteromedial side of the femur with low density;19 patients showed a shaped epiphyseal shape, and 17 had high-density sclerosis of the femoral bone marrow, with localized cystic changes. 14 patients showed clear fracture lines by CT, and 12 patients showed significant fracture manifestations. After MRI scanning, 67 patients showed low signal of fracture line, showing different slice or linear signs, and some patients had effusion in the joint cavity. Clear fracture lines and callus contours were seen in 44 patients, and T2 WI showed low signal. 59 patients had soft tissue edema around the bone contusion. T2 WI showed high signal and T1 WI showed low signal. Conclusion Through scientific analysis of the imaging features of CT and MRI, a correct and scientific diagnosis of fatigue of fumur can be made.
