摘要
为评价自制乳酸菌制剂的饲喂效果,选取1日龄817肉鸡960只,随机分为4组,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+禽源乳酸菌制剂(试验Ⅰ组)、基础日粮+非禽源乳酸菌制剂(试验Ⅱ组)、基础日粮+自制乳酸菌制剂(试验Ⅲ组),分1~21日龄和22~49日龄两个阶段测定肉鸡的生长性能和盲肠菌群数.结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,1~21日龄,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重显著提高(p<0.05),料重比和死亡率显著降低(p<0.05);22~49日龄,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组肉鸡平均日增重显著提高(p<0.05),料重比显著降低(p<0.05),但死亡率差异不显著(p>0.05);(2)21和49日龄,与对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组肉鸡盲肠乳酸杆菌数量显著增加(p<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著减少(p<0.05).从整个试验期来看,Ⅰ、Ⅲ组各指标差异均不显著(p>0.05),说明禽源乳酸菌制剂对817肉鸡益生作用更佳,自制乳酸菌制剂的益生效果已接近或达到市售产品水平.
In order to study the effect of self-produce lactobacillus on broilers.960 one-day old 817 broilers were divided into four groups randomly,which consisted of basal diet(control group),basal diet and avian lactobacillus(experiment groupⅠ),basal diet and non-avian lactobacillus(experiment groupⅡ),basal diet and self-produce lactobacillus(experiment groupⅢ).The whole experiment period was 49 days,including two phase of 1 to 21day and 22 to 49 day.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,from 1 to 21 day,the average daily gain significantly increased,feed conversion ratio and death rate significantly decreased of groupⅠand groupⅢ(p<0.05).From 22 to 49 day,the average daily gain significantly increased,feed conversion ratio significantly decreased(p<0.05),but the death rate non-significantly difference of groupⅠand groupⅢ(p>0.05).(2)21 and 49 days,compared with the control group,the number of lactobacillus in cecum significantly increased,the number of E.coli significantly decreased of groupⅠand groupⅢ(p<0.05).The indexes were non-significantly difference of groupⅠand groupⅢin the whole period(p>0.05).The results showed that avian lactobacillus had better effect on broilers,the effect of self-produce lactobacillus has reached the level of market goods.
