中学化学“新课标”是基于素质教育理念,为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,教育部制定的指导中学化学教学的纲领性文件.文章主要从了解中学化学教学改革现状、掌握中学化学教学内容、师范生专业课程学习和实践教学开展四个方面阐述了化学专业师范生研读中学化学“新课标”的重要意义.

The“new curriculum standard”of middle school chemistry is based on the idea of quality education,which is the program document of guiding middle school chemistry teaching formulated by the Ministry of Education to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.This paper expounds the significance of studying the“new curriculum standard”of chemistry in middle school from four aspects:understanding the current situation of chemistry teaching reform,mastering the content of chemistry teaching in middle school,studying the professional courses for normal students and carrying out practical teaching in normal school.
