工程造价专业学生在工程项目投资控制领域起到了至关重要的作用,但随着新型城镇化的发展和一带一路政策的推进,建筑行业对工程造价管理专业人才的知识结构和综合能力提出了全新要求,传统的工程造价专业的人才培养模式已不能适应建筑行业的实际需求.文章从在工程造价专业人才培养体系中引进CDIO工程教育理念的意义出发,探究符合社会全面发展需要的工程造价专业创新型人才培养模式,构建适合专业发展的能力匹配表,以提升学生的就业竞争力,培养适应社会需求的工程造价专业创新型人才.

Project cost professional students in the field of project investment control has played a vital role,but with the emergence of new urbanization and the promotion of Belt and Road policy,the construction industry puts forward new requirements for the knowledge structure and comprehensive ability of engineering cost management talents,and the traditional talent training mode of engineering cost professionals can no longer meet the actual needs of the construction industry.From the significance of introducing the concept of CDIO engineering education into the training system of engineering cost professionals,this paper explores the innovative training mode of engineering cost professionals in line with the needs of the all-round development of the society,and constructs the ability matching table suitable for professional development,so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of students and train innovative engineering cost professionals to meet the needs of the society.
