摘要
"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"是实现物流高质量发展的五大理念,文中基于熵权-TOPSIS方法,从创新组织能力、绿色物流水平、协调能力、对外开放程度和物流共享能力等五个方面,设计了19个指标,构建了物流高质量发展综合评价指标体系。通过对我国中部六个省份进行分析,研究结果发现,我国中部省份初步实现物流高质量发展,但不同地区仍存在一定差距。河南和安徽物流高质量发展分别排名第一位和第二位,湖南、江西排名靠后。需要调整产业结构和绿色物流资源的投入,降低物流成本和物流能耗。进一步扩大对外开放,发展与"一带一路"各国的贸易、技术的交流与合作,进而提高物流高质量发展水平。
"Innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing"is the five concepts for logistics high-quality development in China. This paper selects the six provinces of central China to evaluate the high-quality development level of logistics industry based on entropy weight-TOPSIS method. Firstly this paper established 19 indicators of logistics high-quality development level from the perspective of innovation ability,green logistics,coordination ability,the degree of opening and logistics capabilities. Then the results show that Henan and Hubei province ranking the 1 st and 2 nd for the high quality development of logistics,However,Hu’nan and Jiangxi province ranking the 5 th and 6 th for the high quality development of logistics. they should invest more on research and development,furtherly open to the market of"the belt and the road",decrease the logistics costs and energy consumption.
