To explain several problems that need to be paid attention to when transporting refrigerated drugs using heat preservation boxes: the configuration mode of cold storage agents,the freezing of cold storage agents,the defrosting of cold storage agents,and the inspection of the heat preservation performance of the boxes,and explore the solutions to the problems. According to the experience of using heat preservation boxes in the cold chain transportation of drugs,the problems needing attention were summarized. Through testing the temperature distribution characteristics in the incubator,the problems are analyzed and explored.Results and Conclusion: ① The configuration mode of the cold storage agent can be simplified according to the common transportation time;②The freezing time of cold storage agent may be shortened;③The coolant should be fully defrosted before it can be packed for use. ④The thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation box body shall be checked regularly.
