企业的根本目的就是盈利,因此企业的盈利模式对企业来说至关重要。文中以东阿阿胶为例,从盈利增长点、盈利对象、盈利措施和盈利屏障四个方面来分析盈利模式。分析发现东阿阿胶实行全产业链模式,阿胶及阿胶系列产品是东阿阿胶的主要盈利增长点,中高端滋补市场是东阿阿胶的目标市场,研发、营销、品牌、技术等是企业撬动利润的重要支点,在东阿阿胶的盈利模式中有着至关重要的作用。

The fundamental purpose of an enterprise is to make a profit,so the profit model of an enterprise is very important for the enterprise. This article uses Dong-E-E-jiao as an example to analyze the profit model from four aspects:profit growth points,profittargets,profit measures and profit barriers. The analysis found that Dong-E-E-Jiao implements the whole industry chain model. E-Jiao and its series products are the main profit growth points of Dong-E-E-Jiao. The mid-to-high-end nourishing market is the target market of Dong-E-E-Jiao. R & D,marketing,branding,technology,etc. are important pivots for companies to leverage profits and play a vital role in Dong-E-E-jiao’s profit model.
