摘要
模块化教学是应用型本科高校物流管理专业逐渐认可并不断采用的人才培养模式,该新型人才培养模式的成功实施与产业师资的选拔关系重大。产业师资有哪些途径可以选取、选拔机制和准入门槛如何设立、如何促使合作稳定、聘用机制如何设置等是物流管理专业产业师资选拔模式和机制研究中要解决的关键问题。
Modular teaching is a talent training model that has been gradually recognized and continuously adopted by logistics management majors of applied undergraduate colleges. The successful implementation of this new talent training model is of great importance to the selection of industrial teachers. How to select industrial teachers,how to establish the selection mechanism and entry thresholds,how to promote cooperation and stability,and how to set up an employment mechanism are the key issues to be addressed in the research on the mode and mechanism of logistics management professional industrial teacher selection.
