基于毕业生职业需求视角的物流管理人才培养与教学改革探索

On the Talents Training and Teaching Reform of Logistics Management from the Perspective of Graduates’ Occupational Demands

文中基于毕业生职业需求的视角,以广西民族师范学院毕业生为调查对象,主要从专业知识的实用性、专业课程的评价、实践教学的评价、在校生应具备的职业能力等方面进行问卷调查,运用统计方法对问卷数据进行分析,总结当前物流管理毕业生对专业教学的需求与反馈,为物流管理专业人才培养和课程改革提供一些建议,以切实提高物流管理专业学生的职业能力和就业竞争力。

Based on the perspective of graduates’ occupational needs,this paper takes the graduates of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities as the objects of investigation,mainly from the aspects of the practicability of professional knowledge,the evaluation of professional courses,the evaluation of practical teaching,the professional ability that the students in school should have,and so on. It analyzes the questionnaire data by using the method of statistics,and summarizes the current needs of logistics management graduates for professional teaching requirement and feedback,to provide some suggestions for the training of logistics management professionals and curriculum reform,in order to effectively improve the professional ability and employment competitiveness of logistics management students.
