双创视角下高校物流人才的培养策略研究

Research on the Training Strategy of Logistics Talents in Colleges from the Perspective of Double Creation

随着我国经济社会的快速发展,产业转型升级压力不断增大,特别是在经济下行压力增大的影响下,培养双创型人才应运而生。我国高校在开展和实施人才培养计划时要重点加强对学生的双创教育,既要提高学生的理论知识素养和业务能力,同时要增强学生的干事创业的能力。文中在"双创"视角下,分析"双创"人才的重要意义,并以高校物流人才培养为研究对象,剖析高校物流人才培养出现的问题,提出"双创"视角下,高校物流人才培养对策。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the pressure of industrial transformation and upgrading is increasing. Especially under the influence of the increasing pressure of economic downturn in the new era,the cultivation of double-creative talents emerges as the times require. In carrying out and implementing the talent training plan,colleges and universities in our country should focus on strengthening the dual-innovation education for students,not only to improve students ’theoretical knowledge literacy and professional ability,but also to enhance students ’ ability to start an undertaking. From the perspective of"double-creation",this paper analyses the significance of"double-creation"talents,and takes the cultivation of logistics talents in Colleges and universities as the research object,analyses the problems in the cultivation of logistics talents in Colleges and universities,and puts forward the Countermeasures for cultivation of logistics talents in Colleges and universities from the perspective of"double-creation".
