国际物流翻转课堂教学模式实践研究

A Practical Study on Flipped Classroom Teaching Model of International Logistics

翻转课堂教学模式在大学本科教育应用的研究仍然处于探索阶段。对于初次使用翻转课堂教学模式的学生,学生对翻转课堂是何种认知,相关研究比较缺乏,进而影响教师采用翻转课堂。文中研究依托《国际物流》翻转课堂,通过10名学生的访谈,结合全班78名学生在教学平台中的学习数据,研究发现,采用翻转课堂这种新的教学模式时,学生的学习热情存在疲劳期,学生对自身角色转变认知不清造成学习障碍,课堂教学仍然是翻转课堂教学的核心,大班额对知识吸收和内化的影响比较大。

The research on the application of flipping classroom teaching mode in undergraduate education is still in the exploratory stage. For the students who use the flipped classroom teaching mode for the first time,what kind of cognition the students have for the teaching mode,the related research is relatively lacking,and thus the teachers adopt the flip classroom.Through 10 students interview and 78 students ’ teaching data of the class of international logistics,the study found that using flipped classroom teaching model,students’ learning enthusiasm is not expected to continue,the students not well informed about their role shift cause learning disabilities,classroom teaching is still the core of flipped classroom teaching,and large class size has great influence on knowledge absorption and internalization.
