新建构主义视角下现代学徒制教学模式探索与实践--以物流管理专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 在职业教育不断发展的过程中,其教育理念与教育方式逐渐趋近于完善,在实际运用的过程中,相关工作者发现学徒制有着良好的教育教学作用,并且学徒制已经成为当代职业教育发展的一种大趋势。随着信息技术的不断发展以及信息时代的到来,新建构的观点逐渐走入人们的生活,这种观点的核心就在于辩证的认识创新与建构之间的关系,此观点的有效运用确实为职业教育的发展做出了众多积极影响。文中就针对新建构主义视角下现代学徒制模式进行研究与探索,从成立相关教学机构、完善教学设计与评价机制等几个方面进行研究,希望对相关工作者有所帮助。 The process of the continuous development of vocational education,its educational concept and mode are gradually approaching perfection. In the process of practical application,relevant workers find that apprenticeship has a good role in education and teaching,and apprenticeship has become a major trend of the development of contemporary vocational education.With the continuous development of information technology and the arrival of the information age,the new construction point of view has gradually entered people ’s life. The core of this point of view is the dialectical relationship between innovation and construction. The effective use of this point of view has indeed made many positive impacts on the development of Vocational Education. This paper studies and explores the modern apprenticeship mode from the perspective of new constructivism,from the establishment of relevant teaching institutions,the improvement of teaching design and evaluation mechanism and other aspects,hoping to help relevant workers.
