摘要
高职协同创新平台兼具科研、育人和服务三大功能,是增强学校创新实力的重要途径。校企一体化管理模式能有效应对协同创新平台建设中存在的主要问题,推进高职协同创新平台的建设。校企共同体友嘉机电学院应用这一管理方式,取得了一定成效。
Higher vocational colleges’collaborative innovation platform has three functions:research,education and service,which is the important way to enhance colleges’innovative strength.In the light of the major problems of collaborative innovation platform,this essay presents a management style of University-Enterprise Integration,in order to push on higher vocational colleges’collaborative innovation platform.The style is used in University-Enterprise Community—Fairy Friend Mechanical&Electrical Engineering School with some success.
