褚君浩院士团队在红外科学与技术前沿不断探索

摘要 褚君浩院士是我国著名半导体物理和器件专家,中国科学院院士,我国自己培养的第一位红外物理学博士。他长期从事红外光电子材料和器件研究,在窄禁带半导体、非制冷红外探测、太阳能电池和太赫兹物理、材料及器件等诸多红外科学技术领域做出贡献。近年来他带领的研究团队继续在红外物理前沿不断探索,做出新的创新成果,这些成果从原理规律的发现到技术发明创新,都具有非常重要的意义。 Professor CHU Junhao is a well-known semiconductor physics and device expert in China, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the first doctor of infrared physics trained in China. Professor CHU has long been engaged in the research of infrared optoelectronic materials and devices, and has made contributions in many infrared science and technology fields such as narrow bandgap semiconductors, uncooled infrared detection, solar cells and terahertz physics, materials and devices. In recent years, the research team led by him has continued to explore at the forefront of infrared physics and made new innovations. These achievements have particularly important significance from the discovery of principles and laws to the innovation of technological inventions.
