浅析科协系统代表联络服务工作发展阶段和机构建设

A study of institution construction and development phase of representative communication and service in CAST

服务科技工作者是党赋予科协系统的重要历史使命。通过设立代表联络服务机构,搭建各级代表联系广大科技工作者的服务平台,有助于建立健全代表联系科技工作者长效机制的重要载体和平台。本文从历史的角度,梳理了科协系统代表联络服务工作的四个发展阶段,总结了科协系统代表联络服务机构建设情况,并对省级科协代表联络服务机构建设和管理服务模式,以及开展代表联络服务工作的制度建设、保障机制及工作实践进行了分析,最后提出了加强省级科协代表联络服务工作的政策建议。

Serving the researchers of science and technology is the important task of CAST given by the Communist Party of China.By establishing the communication institution and setting the service platform at all levels,the platform and system which serve the researchers could be established completely.This paper raises four phases of service and communication provided by China Association for Science and Technology(CAST)system and concludes the situation of the CAST representative communication and service institution,and analyzes the management of provincial representative communication and service institute,as well as the system establishment,security mechanism and practices of representative communication and service institution.At last,this paper makes some suggestions on the enhancement of representative communication and service institution.
