城市湿地品质和休闲动机对游客体验的影响机制--以杭州西溪湿地为例

The Impact of Urban Wetland Qualities and Leisure Motivation on Tourist Experience--A Case Study of Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park

本文基于杭州西溪湿地调研数据,探讨了城市湿地品质对游客景区体验效果的影响机制。通过对250份有效样本数据进行回归分析发现:景区服务、景观文化、生态环境等城市湿地品质对休闲体验质量和游览意愿有显著影响。休闲动机对上述关系有显著的强化或弱化调节效应。基于以上结论,文章为湿地景区运营提出了"抓住核心价值,组合设计景观"、"注重生态环境,提升生态质量"和"优化景区服务,增加附加价值"等建议。

This article investigates how urban wetland qualities influence the tourists’ leisure experience based on a case study of Xixi National Wetland Park. Through the regression analysis of 250 effective samples, it is found that the urban wetland qualities such as tourists service, culture of landscape and ecological environment have significant influence on the tourists’ leisure experience and visiting willingness. In addition, the leisure motivation significantly strengthens or weakens the above-mentioned relationships. The empirical evidence suggests that the operation of the urban wetland park could be promoted by a)unitizing landscape designs, b) enhancing ecological environment and, c) further advancing tourists service.
