基于游客感知的全域旅游评价--以秦皇岛为例

Evaluation on the Holistic Tourism Based on Tourist Perception--a Case Study of Qinhuangdao

近年来我国大力推进全域旅游示范区建设,文章以秦皇岛全域旅游示范区为例,基于游客感知视角,构建了全域旅游评价指标体系;通过问卷调查获取游客满意度评价数据,采用因子分析法和IPA分析模型对秦皇岛市全域旅游进行评价。结果表明,公共服务、供给要素、旅游吸引物、旅游交通和生态环境是影响秦皇岛市全域旅游满意度的主要因子。其中,秦皇岛市旅游完善的内外部交通配套体系、生态环境、旅游安全与供给要素等为主要优势要素;智慧旅游体验、休憩场所、公共休闲配套设施、旅游咨询服务、免费Wi Fi、景区免费直饮水、投诉办公点搜寻和旅游厕所等项目则为重点改进要素。在此基础上,提出加强旅游公共服务体系建设;引导推进旅游产业融合发展;加大对餐饮、住宿、景区、旅行社等企业监管力度等建议。

Holistic tourism strategy has been adopted in China in recent years. Based on the perspective of tourists, this paper constructes evaluation index system, and evaluates holistic tourism in Qinhuangdao by analyzing data obtained from questionnaire through importance-performance analysis and factors analysis. The data analysis shows that public services, tourism supply, tourists attractions, transport for tourism and tourism environment are main factors to influence satisfaction degree of holistic tourism in Qinhuangdao. Among the above factors, Qinhuangdao performed better in transport system, ecological environment, tourism safety and tourism supply. Qinhuangdao should improve smart tourism experience, resting place, camp supporting facilities for self-driving tour, public leisure facilities and tourism consulting services for the first place, free Wifi, free drinking water supply in scenic spots, characteristic folk custom performance, office for tourist to complain and toilets for the second place.
