摘要
在恒温条件下,3号吸附剂与β-甲基萘原料搅拌均匀,密封后静置吸附。饱和吸附后,用异辛烷溶剂洗涤吸附剂表面,用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺进行解吸,用气相色谱检测β-甲基萘含量。研究了饱和吸附量、吸附温度、吸附时间对吸附效果的影响,在合适的条件下,可将β-甲基萘提纯至98.5%以上。
Under constant temperature conditions,the No.3 adsorbent and theβ-methylnaphthalene raw material are uniformly stirred,and then left to be adsorbed after sealing.After saturated adsorption,the surface of the adsorbent is washed with an isocyanate solvent,desorbed with N,N-dimethylformamide,and the content ofβ-methylnaphthalene is determined by gas chromatography.The effects of saturated adsorption amount,adsorption temperature and adsorption time on the adsorption result are studied.Under suitable conditions,β-methylnaphthalene could be purified to over 98.5%.
