盾构机吊装进退场技术案例分析

隧道工程施工中,其中最为重要的一项技术就是盾构机的吊装进、退场技术,由于盾构设备部件单体重量和体积较大,构件数量多,吊装的难度较高,因此要解决很多技术问题。文中从浙江义乌隧道工程盾构机进、退场吊装实例进行了分析。

In tunnel engineering construction,one of the most important technologies is the hoisting in and out technology of shield tunneling machine.Due to the large weight and volume of single parts of shield tunneling equipment and the large number of components,the lifting difficulty is relatively high,so many technical problems should be solved.In this paper,the example of shield tunneling machine hoisting in and out of Yiwu tunnel in Zhejiang Province is analyzed.
