摘要
目前大庆油田电网部分电力设施老化,可靠性降低;系统网架结构不尽合理,负荷不均衡;系统安全隐患较突出,影响电网安全运行;电网受极端天气影响较大,防灾能力不强。针对以上问题采取相应解决措施:更新更换老旧设施,包括更新固定变配电站、移动变电站的设备等;优化调整网架结构,包括变电站增容、新建变配电站、变电站电源线路优化等;治理消除隐患缺陷,包括箱式变密封改造、光纤纵差保护改造、隐患线路及电缆改造等;提升防雷技术水平,包括变电站采用设备户内布置方式、线路采用玻璃材质绝缘子、加装避雷器及在线监测装置、线路采用接地模块、裸导线采用绝缘措施等。通过采用合理的应对措施,能够有效提高油田电力系统的供电可靠性,助力油田生产。
At present,some power facilities in Daqing Oilfield grid are aging and their reliability is reduced,the grid structure of the system is not reasonable and the load is not balanced,the hidden danger of system security is prominent,which affects the safe operation of power grid,and the power grid is greatly affected by extreme weather and the disaster prevention ability is not strong. In view of the above problems, the following measures are taken to solve them. The old facilities should be updated and replaced,including the equipment of the fixed substation and mobile substation. The grid structure should be optimized and adjusted,including substation capacity increase,new substation,and substation power line optimization. The hidden defects should be controlled and eliminated, including box type variable seal transformation, fiber longitudinal differential protection transformation, hidden lines,and cables transformation. The level of lightning protection technology should be improved,including using equipment indoor layout in substations, using glass insulator for lines, adding lightning arresters and online monitoring devices, using grounding module in lines, bare wire taking insulation measures for bares wires and so on. By adopting various reasonable countermeasures, the power supply reliability of oilfield power system can be effectively improved, and the oilfield production can be assisted.
