摘要 随着能源用地政策的改革和新"两法"的颁布实施,油田逐步开始采用丛式井平台开发模式。吉7井区新建大平台采用"玻璃钢敷缆复合连续油管+电潜螺杆泵"无杆泵采油模式,地面建设采用"井站一体化采油平台",将集输工艺、注水工艺、供配电、仪表自动化和道路等多项技术进行配套改进,同时采取设备集成、无人值守、远程监控、事故巡井等措施。井站一体化采油平台的建设可大大减少油田建设征地面积,降低能源消耗,减少地面建设工程量,缩短建设周期,实现油田快速建产、智能管理、高效生产,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,已成为油田丛式井平台地面工程建设的样本和典范。 With the reform of energy land use policy and the promulgation and implementation of the new "two laws",the cluster well platform development mode has been gradually adopted. The new big platform in Ji 7 Well Block adopts rodless pump oil recovery mode of "FRP cable composite coiled tubing+electric submersible screw pump". Its surface construction uses "well-station integration oil production platform", which improves gathering and transferring process, water injection technology,power supply,instrument automation,roads,and other technologies. At the same time,measures are taken such as equipment integration, unattended operation, remote monitoring, and accident patrol.The construction of the "well-station integration oil production platform" greatly reduces the land acquisition area of oilfield construction, energy consumption, the amount of surface construction engineering, and the construction period. It also can realize rapid oilfield production, intelligent management and efficient production, and has good economic and social benefits, becoming a sample and model for surface engineering construction of oilfield cluster well platform.
