摘要
为提高生物农药的防治效果,实现生物农药的高效使用,进而减少农药残留危害和延缓害虫抗药性,采用带虫浸渍法探讨了阿维菌素分别与多杀菌素、苦参碱、除虫菊素和鱼藤酮4种生物农药复配对麦二叉蚜的联合毒力。结果表明,阿维菌素与多杀菌素的有效成分以1∶50、1∶75、3∶100、3∶350、9∶50、1∶200和7∶150比例复配时,均具有显著的增效作用,复配比为1∶200时,其共毒系数为277.3,毒力效果最佳,其LC50为14.493μg·mL^-1;阿维菌素与苦参碱的有效成分比为7∶270和1∶360时,其共毒系数分别为171.3和222.4,最佳配比为1∶360,其致死中浓度LC50为32.465μg·mL^-1;阿维菌素与除虫菊素的有效成分比为4∶1、3∶7和7∶3时,其共毒系数分别为196.5、188.7和224.7,最佳配比为7∶3,其LC50为0.445μg·mL^-1;阿维菌素与鱼藤酮的有效成分比为2∶35、9∶70、1∶280、1∶105和1∶630时,其共毒系数分别为188.1、189.2、257.4、224.8和286.6,最佳配比为1∶630,其LC50为22.017μg·mL^-1。因此,阿维菌素与不同生物杀虫剂以增效显著的配比混配使用,可为麦二叉蚜的有效防治和农药的减量使用提供一定的依据。
To better enchance the control efficiency of biological pesticides,reduce the pesticide residues and delay the resistance development,co-toxicity of abamectin mixed with spinosad,pyrethrins,matrine,and rotenone against Schizaphis graminum was conducted by leaf-dipping with aphids method.The results indicated that when the ratios of abamectin to spinosad were 1∶50,1∶75,3∶100,3∶350,9∶50,1∶200 and 7∶150,the synergistic effect was significant,and when the ratio was 1∶200,the co-toxicity coefficient(CTC)was 277.3,which was the highest.When the ratios of abamectin to matrine were 7∶270 and 1∶360,the CTC were 171.3 and 222.4,respectively,and the optimal ratio was 1∶360,which gave the best toxicity effect with its LC50 at 32.46μg·mL^-1.The CTC were 196.5,188.7 and 224.7 when the proportions of active ingredients of abamectin and pyrethrins were 4∶1,3∶7 and 7∶3,which was highest with the proportion of 7∶3,and its LC50 was 0.445μg·mL^-1.The CTC were 188.1,189.2,257.4,224.8,and 286.6 when proportions of active ingredients of abamectin and rotenone were 2∶35,9∶70,1∶280,1∶105 and 1∶630,which was highest with the proportion of 1∶630,and its LC50 was 22.017μg·mL^-1.Therefore,the combination of abamectin and different biological insecticides can provide some basis for the effective control of wheat aphid and the reduction of pesticide use.
