摘要 肝细胞癌(HCC)是原发性肝癌的主要组织学亚型,具有高度的侵袭性和转移潜能。HOXB7是一种在DNA合成转录过程中起关键作用的同源盒基因(HOX)家族中的转录调节因子,HOXB7可以通过多种机制促进肝癌细胞的增殖、侵袭等多种生物学过程,HOXB7在肝细胞癌组织中高表达,且其高表达与疾病进展、预后差密切相关。文章主要从HOXB7基因的结构与功能、在HCC发生发展中的作用机制及预后价值进行综述。 Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the major histological subtype of primary liver cancer,with a high degree of invasiveness and metastatic potential.HOXB7 is a transcriptional regulator in the homeobox genes(HOX)family,which plays a significant role in the process of DNA synthesis and transcription.HOXB7 can promote the proliferation and invasion of liver cancer cells and other biological processes through a variety of mechanisms.HOXB7 expresses highly in HCC tissues and is closely related to disease progression and poor prognosis.HOXB7 is highly expressed in HCC tissues,and its high expression is closely related to disease progression and poor prognosis.This paper reviews the structure and function of HOXB7 gene,its role in the development of HCC and its prognostic value.
