摘要
目前滑板挡渣系统耐火材料的主要问题是通过在合理提高各自元件的寿命基础上,实现耐材元件使用寿命的匹配,尽量减少耐材的更换次数及对炼钢整体工艺时间的影响。针对该问题采取有效改善措施显得尤为重要。
At present,the main problem of the refractories for sliding plate slag blocking system is to realize the matching of the service life of each refractory component by reasonably improving the service life of each component,thus reducing the change times of the refractories and the influence on overall process of steelmaking.It is particularly important to take effective measures to improve the above problem.
