激励理论视域下的师范生激励机制研究

A Study on Normal University Students’ Incentive Mechanism under the Perspective of Incentive Theory

通过在激励理论视域下探讨师范生激励机制,为高校的激励机制改革与优化提供重要的参考。文章首先从激励理论出发,反思了现有的师范生激励机制存在的问题,明确其建设的现状;然后,明确了以激励理论为基础优化师范生激励机制的必要性;最后,以全面激励理论为基础,从全程、全员、全要素三个方面探讨了师范生激励机制构建的有效路径。

This paper discusses the incentive mechanism of normal university students under the perspective of incentive theory, providing crucial references for the innovation and optimization of the incentive mechanism in universities and colleges.Based on incentive theory, this paper initially reflects on existing problems of incentive mechanism on normal university students, and then defines present situation and the necessity of optimizing incentive mechanism of normal university students.Finally, on the basis of overall incentive theory, the paper analyses the effective path of building incentive mechanism of normal university students from three aspects of whole process, whole staff and total factors.
