体验式教学模式的实践应用——以《家庭社会工作》课程为例

A Practical Application of Experiential Teaching Mode--Taking Family Social Work Course as an Example

体验式教学充分体现"以人为本"的教育理念,符合信息时代的要求,是应用型人才培养的有效方法。社会工作是一个应用性极强的专业,不仅需要培养学生的理论知识和能力技巧,促进学生内化社工价值理念和专业技能,更需要社会工作实务课堂提供开放性、体验性的教学模式。本研究以《家庭社会工作》课程为例,构建体验式教学模式,应用于社会工作专业实务课程教学实践,引导学生课上充分体验、讨论、反思,内化社工价值理念和实务能力,取得了显著效果。

Experiential teaching fully embodies "people-oriented" educational concept and meets the requirements of the Information Age, which is an effective method to cultivate application-oriented talents.Social work is a major with strong application, which needs to not only cultivate students’ theoretical knowledge and skills, but promote students’ internalization of social work values and professional skills.This requires Social Work Practice course to provide an open and experiential teaching mode.Taking the course of Family Social Work as an example, this paper constructs an experiential teaching mode, which is applied to the teaching practice of Social Work major.The remarkable result shows that this mode is able to guide students to fully experience, discuss and reflect in class, and internalize social work value and practical skills in class.
