刀具状态监测技术在发动机加工过程中的应用

摘要 为解决定时换刀出现的刀具过度磨损问题,研究了刀具状态监测技术相关理论及参数标定方法,并在发动机加工过程中进行了应用验证。结果表明,采用基于电机电流的刀具状态监测技术可在现有条件下准确监测刀具的磨破损状态,提高刀具利用率,防止出现批量不合格工件,保护机床主轴和夹具等部件。 In order to solve the problem of excessive tool wear and breakage despite the timing tool change,the theories about tool monitoring technology and its parameter calibration method are studied.The application and verification are carried out in engine machining.The results show that the application of tool monitoring technology based on motor current can detect tool wear and breakage accurately,improve the tool utilization rate,prevent the problems of batch unqualified work pieces,protect the spindle,fixture and so on.
