武陵山片区中心城市竞争力时空演变及影响因素分析--基于熵权TOPSIS模型和GIS 被引量:12

摘要 以武陵山片区6大中心城市为研究对象,从经济、社会、生态、辐射竞争力4方面选取人均GDP等30项指标构建城市竞争力评价指标体系,借助熵权TOPSIS模型和ArcGIS软件,分析2013-2017年城市竞争力的时空演变,并剖析其主要影响因素.结果表明,武陵山片区中心城市竞争力在时间断面上整体偏低,但呈上升趋势;在空间断面上呈"南北两端高,中轴地区低"格局;主要影响因素为邮政业务总量、卫生机构数、旅游收入、客运量和公共图书馆数等5个.针对影响因素,提出促进中心城市发展的建议,即优化产业结构,发展民族文化旅游业;加大科技教育文化投入,丰富城市文化内涵;加强城市基础建设,完善交通和物联网;提升医疗卫生机构功能,注重生态康养建设. Taking six central cities in Wuling Mountain area as the research object,30 indicators from the economic,social,ecologica,radiation competitiveness four aspects are selected to build the city competitiveness evaluation index system.By means of entropy and TOPSIS model and ArcGIS software,urban competitiveness space-time evolution from 2013 to 2017 and its main influencing factors are discussed.The results show that the central city competitiveness of Wuling Mountain area is on the whole low in time section,but it is on the rise.The main influencing factors are the total postal business,the number of health institutions,tourism income,passenger volume and the number of public libraries.According to the influencing factors,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of central cities,that is,optimizing the industrial structure and developing the national cultural tourism,increasing investment in science,technology,education and culture to enrich urban cultural connotation,strengthening urban infrastructure and improving transportation and the internet of things,and improving the functions of medical and health institutions and paying attention to the construction of ecological health care.
