摘要 目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者Calpain-10基因多态性与颈动脉内-中膜厚度(CIMT)的关系。方法:选择2017年1月至2019年1月,在延安大学咸阳医院治疗的OSAHS患者260例纳入研究,根据颈动脉超声检查结果分为CIMT正常组84例和CIMT增厚组176例,另选择126例健康体检者作为对照组,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶分析法检测所有研究对象Calpain-10基因SNP43位点基因型。结果:OSAHS组和对照组比较,SNP43位点基因型和等位基因分布频率,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=14.067,11.917,均P<0.05)。CIMT正常组和CIMT增厚组比较,基因型和等位基因分布频率,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=12.552,9.958;均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示:Calpain-10基因SNP43位点GG基因型是OSAHS患者CIMT的影响因素(OR=1.786,95%CI:1.059~3.012,P=0.005)。结论:Calpain-10基因SNP43位点多态性可能与OSAHS患者CIMT增厚相关。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between Calpain-10 gene polymorphism and carotid intra-media thicknesss(CIMT)in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 260 patients with OSAHS hospitalized in our department from January 2017 to January 2019 were recruited in this study as OSAHS group.These patients were divided into CIMT normal group(84 cases)and CIMT thickening group(176 cases)according to the result of carotid ultrasonography.Meanwhile,150 healthy volunteers were selected as control.Genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism for the Calpain-10 gene SNP43 polymorphism.Results:There were significant differences in genotype and allele frequencies of SNP43 between OSAHS group and control group(χ^2=14.067,11.917,all P<0.05).The genotype and allele frequencies of SNP43 in CIMT normal group and CIMT thickening group were significantly different(χ^2=12.552,9.958,all P<0.05).The result of multiple linear regression showed that GG genotype of SNP43 was an independent factor for CIMT in OSAHS patients(OR=1.786,95%CI:1.059-3.012,P=0.005).Conclusions:Calpain-10 gene SNP43 polymorphism may be associated with CIMT in patients with OSAHS.
