北京市新医改后丰台社区卫生服务中心处方点评结果分析

Analysis on results of prescriptions review in Fengtai community healthcare center after Beijing medical reform

目的了解北京市医改后北京市丰台区丰台社区卫生服务中心2017~2019年处方点评情况,促进临床合理用药。方法利用北京市社区医院处方点评系统数据库,对丰台社区卫生服务中心2017~2019年处方点评结果进行回顾分析。结果收集处方3 519张,用药基本指标均符合相关标准;其中合理用药处方3 018张,占比85.76%,不合理用药处方501张,占比14.24%。结论处方点评结果为较为合理,但处方还存在某些问题,需要社区卫生服务中心、医师和药师进一步提高合理用药水平。

Objective To investigate the status of prescription comments and promote clinical rational drug use after Beijing’s new medical reform in Fengtai community healthcare center of Fengtai district in Beijng. Methods The results of prescription comments from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed retrospectively by using prescription comment system database from the community hospital of Beijing. Results 3 519 prescriptions, whose basic indexes were in accord with relevant standard were collected. The rates of rational and irrational prescriptions were 85.76% and 14.24% respectively. Conclusion The results of prescription comments of Fengtai community healthcare center were rational. However, there are some problems still existed, and needed the joint efforts of community healthcare center, physicians and pharmacists to improve the level of its rational drug use.
