品管圈活动在药学部药品安全质量管理中的应用

Application of quality control circle activities in drug safety quality management of pharmaceutical department

目的通过品管圈活动降低中心药房针剂调剂差错件数,保障患者用药安全,提高药学服务质量。方法成立品管圈,借助其十大步骤,查找差错原因,提出相应对策并实施。结果针剂调剂差错件数由平均每周24件下降至11.4件,圈员的凝聚力和责任心得到提高。结论品管圈降低了中心药房针剂调剂差错件数,提高了圈员的主观能动性。

Objective To reduce the number of injection dispense errors in the central pharmacy through the Quality Control Circle(QCC) activities, so as to ensure the safety of medication for patient and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services. Methods An inpatient pharmacy QCC was established. The top 10 QCC activity procedures were adopted to find out the cause of the errors, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed and implemented. Results The number of injection adjustment errors dropped from an average of 24 cases per week to 11.4 cases, the team cohesiveness and responsibility of the QCC members had also been significantly improved. Conclusion QCC activities can reduce the injection dispense errors in the central pharmacy and improve the subjective initiative of the QCC members.
