益肾通阳法治疗慢性肾心综合征的效果观察

Effect of Yishen Tongyang therapy on chronic renal heart syndrome

目的探讨益肾通阳法治疗慢性肾心综合征的临床效果。方法研究对象为2017年6月~2019年6月期间于肾内科治疗的患者80例,将其随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在此基础上给予益肾通阳法治疗,治疗2个月后,对比两组临床疗效、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组身体领域、情绪领域、综合得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对慢性肾心综合征患者给予益肾通阳法治疗临床效果比较显著,能较有效改善患者生活质量,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Tongyang therapy in the treatment of chronic renal heart syndrome. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent treatment in the renal medicine of the Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled, and were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment, whereas the observation group was given Yishen Tongyang therapy plus routine treatment. The clinical efficacy and quality of life after 2 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total response rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, higher than that in the control group, which was 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). The body area, emotional field and comprehensive score in the observation group were shown to be lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic renal heart syndrome, Yishen Tongyang therapy is with significant clinical effect, which can help improve their quality of life and the clinical treatment effect.
