自拟中药清肠愈疡汤结合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of self-made Chinese medicine Qingchang Yuyang Decoction combined with western medicine in treating ulcerative colitis

目的研究溃疡性结肠炎患者经自拟中药清肠愈疡汤结合西药治疗的疗效。方法将2017年1月~2019年1月收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组单用西药治疗,观察组采用自拟中药清肠愈疡汤结合西药治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状评分和结肠镜检积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组黏液脓血便、腹泻、腹痛等临床症状评分和充血、水肿、溃疡以及糜烂等结肠镜检积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中,采用自拟中药清肠愈疡汤结合西药的治疗方法,疗效显著。

Objective To study the curative effect of Chinese medicine Qingchang Yuyang Decoction combined with western medicine on patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis treated from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone, and the observation group was treated with selfmade Chinese medicine Qingchang Yuyang Decoction combined with western medicine. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups, as well as clinical symptom scores and colonoscopy scores. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group, with a significant difference(P < 0.05). The scores of clinical symptoms such as mucus, pus, blood, stool, diarrhea, and abdominal pain, and colonoscopy points such as congestion, edema, ulcer, and erosion were lower in the observation group than in the control group, with significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of ulcerative colitis, the self-made Chinese medicine Qingchang Yuyang Decoction combined with western medicine can achieve better treatment effect, and at the same time, it can further alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and the effect is significant.
