心悸患者应用桂甘龙牡汤加味治疗对心悸症状的影响

Effect of modified Guigan Longmu Decoction on palpitations in patients with palpitations

目的探讨桂甘龙牡汤加味治疗对心悸患者的临床效果。方法选取2018~2019年某院收治的心悸患者82例,随机平分为两组。对照组患者进行常规西药治疗,研究组患者在西药治疗的基础上应用桂甘龙牡汤加味治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能指标和肝肾功能损伤、胃肠反应、视觉障碍等不良反应发生率。结果治疗结束后,研究组患者的临床有效率为95.1%,优于对照组63.4%(P <0.05),研究组患者的心功能优于对照组(P <0.05),研究组的肝肾功能损伤、胃肠反应和视觉障碍等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论心悸患者采取桂甘龙牡汤加味治疗效果显著,能提高临床疗效和患者心功能指标,减少不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Guigan Longmu Decoction in the treatment of patients with palpitations. Methods From 2018 to 2019, 82 patients with palpitation in the hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, 41 in each group. Patients of the control group were treated with routine treatment of western medicine, while patients of treatment group were treated with Guigan Longmu decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment. The clinical curative effect of patients in two groups, the cardiac function indexes, liver and kidney function damage, gastrointestinal reaction, the incidence of adverse reactions such as visual impairment were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.1%, which was better than that of the control group(63.4%)( P < 0.05). The cardiac function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P< 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function injury, gastrointestinal reaction and visual impairment in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The modified Guigan Longmu Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function index of patients with palpitations, and reduce adverse reactions.
