摘要
针对生成具有明确主题和优美诗意的诗歌问题,将诗歌生成任务转换为两个相关的对抗训练子任务,以门控循环单元实现生成器,改进生成对抗网络单判别器结构为双判别器结构,使用主题和诗意两类判别器通过策略梯度算法为生成器提供反馈,不断改善诗歌生成质量,保证生成诗歌具有明确的主题和优美的诗意.测试结果表明,基于改进生成对抗网络生成的诗歌在主题相关性及诗意上均优于现有方法.
Aiming at the problem of poetry generation with clear themes and beautiful poetry,poetry generation task is transformed into two related adversarial training subtasks.Generator is implemented with gated recurrent unit,and single discriminator structure of generative adversarial nets is improved to double discriminator structure.The policy gradient algorithm is used to provide feedback for generator with thematic discriminator and poetic discriminator,so as to continuously improve the quality of poetry generation and ensure the generated poetry has a clear theme and beautiful poetry.Test results show that the generated poetry by the model based on improved generative adversarial nets is superior to other existing poetry generation models.
