摘要 地铁车辆段是地铁列车停放、运行、整备、检修和管理的核心区,是地铁安全运行的重要保障.针对我国地铁车辆段设备配置不统一、建设过程中设备安装接口冗余等存在的问题和不足进行分析研究,并结合BIM技术,提出以检修计划定设备配置的原则;以基于BIM技术模拟接口管理的地铁车辆段设备标准化配置理念,从而提高地铁车辆段设备配置和安装的规范性,进一步提高车辆段设备的利用率,降低建设成本,有效的保障地铁的安全稳定运行,并为后续车辆段总体设计方案提供理论指导. As the core area for metro train to park,operate,overhaul and manage,metro depot is an important guarantee for safe operation.In order to solve some problems and improve the deficiencies existing in metro depot such as equipment configuration inconsistence and equipment installation and interface redundancy during construction,the principle of equipment configuration based on maintenance scheduling is proposed in combination with BIM(Building information modeling)technology.Based on the concept of BIM technology simulation of interface management standardized equipment configurations,the paper aims to improve the metro depot standardization of equipment configuration and installation and the equipment utilization,decrease the construction cost,as well as provides some theoretical guidance for subsequent metro depot scheme design.
