摘要
双马煤矿主采煤层具有自然发火期短、易自燃等特征,为确定合理的煤自然发火预测预报指标,以该矿主采的4-1煤层为研究对象,采用实验分析、现场测试和统计分析等方法,对4-1煤层自然发火标志气体及临界值进行了研究。根据4-1煤层煤样氧化实验与现场实际观测,优选出4-1煤层自然发火标志气体,确定了综采工作面上隅角CO体积分数安全管理值及自燃临界值。在此基础上,建立了煤层自然发火分级预警响应与防灭火技术管理体系。结果表明:CO、C2H4、C2H2、C3H8是双马煤矿4-1煤层自然发火标志性气体;Ⅰ0104105工作面上隅角CO体积分数安全管理值为60×10^-6,自燃临界值为430×10^-6;对应建立了煤层自然发火蓝色(Ⅰ级)、黄色(Ⅱ级)、橙色(Ⅲ级)、红色(Ⅳ级)4级预警响应体系。
The coal seam of main mining in Shuangma Coal Mine is characterized by short spontaneous ignition period and easy to be spontaneous.In order to determine the reasonable prediction index of coal spontaneous combustion,taking 4-1 coal seam of main mining as the research object,the experimental analysis,field test and statistical analysis were used to study the critical value of spontaneous combustion mark gas.According to the oxidation experiment and field observation of coal sample in4-1 coal seam,the spontaneous combustion mark gas in 4-1 coal seam was optimized,at the same time,the safety management value of CO volume fraction and the critical value of spontaneous combustion in the upper corner of fully mechanized mining face were determined.On this basis,graded early warning response and fire prevention technology management system of coal seam spontaneous combustion were established.The results show that CO,C2 H4,C2 H2,C3 H8 are the mark gas of spontaneous combustion in 4-1 coal seam of Shuangma Coal Mine;the safety management value of CO volume fraction in the upper corner ofⅠ0104105 working face is 60×10^-6,and the critical value of spontaneous combustion is 430×10^-6;a 4-level warning and response system including blue(Ⅰ),yellow(Ⅱ),orange(Ⅲ),red(Ⅳ)of spontaneous combustion is established.
