2007年—2017年南京鼓楼医院论文产出情况分析

Analysis of paper production of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2007 to 2017

目的:对南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院科研论文产出情况进行统计和分析,为提升医院科技竞争力提供参考。方法:采用中国科学技术信息研究所公布的中国科技论文统计结果,从科学引文索引、中国科技论文与引文数据库等方面对论文发表情况进行综合分析。结果:2007年-2017年,鼓楼医院科技论文数及排名情况呈整体上升趋势,高影响因子论著显著增加。结论:从科研平台支撑、人才引育、科技政策保障等三方面分析了鼓楼医院科研论文数量和质量取得进步所采取的举措,提出进一步推进科技创新、加大投入力度,促进高质量科研成果的产出,从而提升科研水平和科技影响力。

Objectives:From the perspective of paper,the research analyzes the production of scientific research papers of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital,The Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School(hereinafter referred to as"Drum Tower Hospital"),providing references for improving the technological competitiveness of the hospital.Methods:Based on the statistical results of Chinese science and technology papers published by Institute of Science and Technical Information of China,the paper would comprehensively mainly analyze the publication of SCI and CSTPCD.Results:From 2007 to 2017,the numbers and ranking of scientific and technological papers of Drum Tower Hospital have shown an overall upward trend,increasing significantly in articles with high impact factor.Conclusions:This paper analyzes the measures taken by Drum Tower Hospital to improve the quantity and quality of scientific research papers from three aspects:the support of scientific research platform,talent introduction and education,and the protection of scientific and technological policy.The paper puts forward that further promoting scientific and technological innovation and increasing investment are conducive to promoting the production of high-quality scientific research results,so as to enhance the scientific research and technological influence.
