Study on the Coordination between Rural Civilization and Farmers’Wealth

本文结合新时代中国特色社会主义的时代背景,基于农户贫困程度视角,选取江西省514个样本数据,从全面梳理中国特色社会主义精神文明建设观的理论基础入手,系统地阐述了当前农村乡风文明建设状况。现阶段我国农村依然存在体制机制建设不完善、贫困户与非贫困户之间差异显著、农村居民的思想道德水平仍相对偏低、农村居民文化生活单一、文化设施难以满足居民需求和不良社会风气依旧等问题,建议要扶贫与扶志相结合,加强贫困户乡风文明建设;硬件与软件相结合,不断激发乡风文明新活力;发扬与摈弃相结合,提升打造乡风文明新风尚等。

This article combines the era of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,based on the perspective of the poverty level of farmers,selects 514 sample data of Jiangxi Province,and starts with a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical basis of the socialist spiritual civilization construction concept with Chinese characteristics.Civilization construction.The results show that at this stage,there are still incomplete institutional mechanisms significant differences between poor and non-poor households,the ideological and moral level of rural residents is still relatively low,rural residents have a single cultural life,and cultural facilities are difficult to meet the needs of residents and bad society.There are still issues such as the atmosphere,which are mainly caused by the government,grassroots cadres,and the farmers themselves.Finally,from exploring the combination of poverty alleviation and the will to strengthen the construction of the rural civilization of poor households;the combination of hardware and software to continuously stimulate the new vitality of rural civilization;the combination of development and rejection to enhance the creation of new customs of rural civilization and other targeted countermeasures.
