摘要
票制票价作为一项城市公共政策,是城市居民出行方式结构调节、城市轨道交通客流组织以及票务收入测算等工作的重要影响因素,更是城市轨道交通生存和发展的关键所在。文章梳理我国城市轨道交通票制票价基本特征、发展趋势和发展规律,以期有助于城市轨道交通行业管理者及价格主管部门更好地制定相关票制票价政策。
As an urban public policy,ticketing and fare system is an important infl uencing factor for the adjustment of urban resident travel mode structure,the organization of urban rail transit passenger flow and the calculation of ticket revenue.It is also the key to the survival and development of urban rail transit.This paper reviews the basic characteristics,development trend and development pattern of ticketing and fare system of urban rail transit in China,in order to help the managers and price authorities of urban rail transit industry to better formulate relevant ticketing and fare system policies.
