地铁小半径曲线对轨道状态及车体振动影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 地铁小半径曲线与车体振动、舒适度及轨道状态关系密切,文章通过对广州地铁各曲线进行长期试验研究,分析小半径曲线与轨道状态、车体振动、行车舒适度的关系以及演变规律。研究结果表明,车辆通过小半径曲线时,行车速度越大,车体横向加速度越大,乘客舒适度越差;曲线半径越小,乘客舒适度越差;通过小半径曲线与其他曲线、直线的轨道质量指数(TQI)对比发现,曲线的半径越小,TQI越大,轨道状态、轮轨接触关系越差。最后提出通过小曲线的速度建议。 The small radius curve of metro is closely related to the car body vibration,riding comfort and track state.Through the long-term test and research on the curves of Guangzhou metro,this paper studies and analyzes the relationship and evolution pattern between the small radius curve and track state,car body vibration and riding comfort.The research results show that when the vehicle negotiates a small radius curve,the greater the running speed,the greater the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body,and the worse the passenger riding comfort.While the smaller the curve radius,the worse the passenger riding comfort.Through the comparison of the small radius curve with the track quality index TQI of other curves and straight lines,it is identifi ed that the smaller the curve radius,the greater the TQI,the worse the track status and the wheel rail contact interface.It is recommended to negotiate the small radius curves at proposed speeds for different curves.
